The ASU Faculty Women’s Association (FWA) is an organization that has been an active advocate for supporting the success of all faculty on the ASU campus since 1954. In addition to working for changes in policies, practices and attitudes on campus, FWA and its Executive Board are devoted to supporting the career and leadership development of all faculty. Through our work, we provide a wide variety of development workshops, networking opportunities and recognition for the success of faculty and academics at all levels. Much of this is accomplished through FWA programming and events, which includes workshops, leadership training, receptions, networking lunches and our annual awards program.

The success of the ASU Faculty Women’s Association relies on the contributions and support from faculty members at the university. All FWA events and programs, are free and open to all faculty at ASU regardless of membership participation – but by becoming a member of the FWA, you help shape the work of the FWA and the resources we provide to the ASU community.
